How I Work
I don’t believe in building businesses around heroics. Good businesses need clarity, rhythm, accountability, communication, and systems people actually use.
Most operational problems look like people problems on the surface. Most of the time they’re visibility problems, process problems, or alignment problems underneath.
My role is to help businesses slow the noise down enough to see what’s actually happening, then build the structure needed to move properly again.
